‘Wildlife & Wild Places’ photography workshop held in Clear Creek County; reservation deadline May 30

CLEAR CREEK COUNTY
Join Colorado’s premier nature photographers, W. Perry Conway and Gary A. Haines, for a 2-day Workshop photographing Wildlife and Wild Places in and around Clear Creek County.

This workshop offers a well-rounded and highly resourceful educational experience, appropriate for any level of outdoor photographer, but especially for beginners and intermediates. The program consists of a slide-based classroom lectures, with field shoots in beautiful locations and interactive critique sessions on participants’ laptop computers.

Limited enrollment gives participants quality time with the instructors and ensures that each person gets the specific instruction needed based on their individual level of experience. A group-based critique session allows students the chance to learn from others’ work, while personalized field instruction addresses the photographer’s needs related to both understanding camera functions and techniques of composition.

When: Saturday, and Sunday, June 17 -18, 2017
Cost: $250/person – Maximum of 20 Participants
RSVP: May 30, 2017
Where: In and around Guanella Pass, Loveland Pass and the Mount Evans Wilderness Area, Colorado.
Purpose: Seeing and photographing the natural landscape, wildlife and taking each participant to the next skill level, using critique and instruction.
Who’s It For: Photographers of all skill levels; limited to 20 participants

DAY ONE:
• Classroom (Georgetown Community Center) 9am – Noon (Lunch Break) 1:30pm – 4:30pm
• Field Session in the Loveland Pass area directly after the lecture to sunset

DAY TWO:
• Field Session in the Mount Evans area at 6am to late morning
